Doesn’t really matter. There are Nasdaq stocks that haven’t updated share structure for 3 months or longer. Share structure will be updated soon enough. Me thinks you need to gather up some money for holiday shopping or to pay for the Thanksgiving dinner.

Share update release is also dependent on delays through OTC Markets. You really do have a fixation with the share update. I wish I had the same amount of time to waste.

New share numbers have never posted on the ninth. I don’t know why you expect them to. As to financials based on last comment by company you can expect them to fall four days into grace period which is one day ahead of their usual release.

When AXXA released its last Q on 08/21/2024 with its $60MM revs and $7.4MM earnings, the stock price was $0.0012.
It went up briefly to $0.0014 early the next day but returned to $0.0012 by the close. It is now $0.0085, a decline of 30%
Not enough oomph to get it off the reef apparently.

Right now I’m going to tell you the max outstanding shares would be 2.1 billion and the max unrestricted shares would be 1.5 billion. In reality it won’t be close to that. With upcoming financials and updates coming we shall see. Buy low sell higher.

28 million fewer outstanding shares on 10/09 than on 6/30. What is the current unknown is number of shares converting from restricted to unrestricted. Company previously stated that no restricted shares would become unrestricted until next year. If this is still true, then updated share info on or after November 9th will clarify. Until then I see little change in current day to day trading. If you believe in what company is trying to do it may be worthwhile to pick up shares at these current prices.
