They do. They need to go on record and address the R/S once and for all. It was a poor way for the Birch Co to begin.  Almost a year later and no RS. They stopped this from running all on their own. 

BSR, they need 2 get on with it.  Plain and simple.  I'm going to see if I can pull some people here but I am the red headed step child of ihub dude.  

These otc plays are like using dating apps.  So many look good but you get to know them a little and you want to run.  Until you find that amazing diamond, it's soul crushing.  I've been on the ass end of a lot of otc relationships I'll tell ya but that special one is all it takes to fill you with warmth.

You never know when the OTC match will be lit and these guys could have put out killer numbers and bided their time, instead they screwed themselves like the clowns they are. Must of saw all the tariffs and market climate and thought it would have been wasted effort with those high numbers so wham blam, lets lose 1.7 million instead.

Yeah, I think your sitting in a very good spot. Millions bought in trips. I'm 10M but .004 average and I'm confident even that will end up looking really good. i know what it looks like right now though, i understand your opinion.

Net loss is overstated on the annual statement. Company is worth $10-$15M today no question. Anyone not recognizing this is foolish. It took me a few days to read it all and digest but I plan on buying even more. Will see .01-.02 in 2025 IMHO. 

Under $600,000 market cap.  lol guess I'll keep buying. 

I added .0007s actually. I think Q1 will show a net profit and I think this market cap is a joke. 

I am definitely giving them the year but everyone has to do what's best for them.

Yeah it's stupid thin.  No wants to buy and no one can afford the loss to sell. Everyone is hoping Birch is the answer. 

Whats more shocking, the share price or that $4000 of trading activity has this much perceived power? 1600+ shareholders who are scratching their heads.

Definitely retail. They told us 25% margins I believe and the annual told a different story. Or at least that's how it's being interpreted. 

They better do something or we going to no bid I'm not sure it's diluting I think it's just people getting impatient

$3 million in homes waiting to be built or sold with $3.4 million in construction loans needing to be paid. They going to cook the books to steal off the top. Pull up old ATWT records and they turned a profit last year compared to whatever this monstrosity is, losing nearly 1.7 million dollars is outrageous.

$3m million of that net loss is sitting in new builds. It's not as bad as it looks. 

Net income end of Sept 2024, which would be 3 quarters in, was +$98,189. Somehow, in 3 months, we went to yearly 2024 net income of a staggering -$1,687,661. Any ideas ATWT crew?

GTSM is on bid this is good. Normally a sign of institutional buying or insiders buying. This could get interesting $ATWT

Previous management cut some corners and looked to have used a crappy contractor. They have since fixed this situation but that's probably why the officers changed or the company was going to run into the ground.

What did they need 265k for legal proceedings for, they kill someone?

They had to pay out some expenses for legal proceedings I know that for sure it was like 265k$ this was a situation that occurred before they took over though. I'm sure they need to DOGE it up real nice and then we will be good lol $ATWT

Heck, I like the revenues but what we doing with the money going out the door? 1 million in operating expenses on top of us on the ass end of the COGS, well we cannot create jack squat with that. Back 2 the drawing board I guess.

This one will put us over .01 and with any guidance from the company much higher on anticipated earnings. 

The next 2025 will be even better they had some fires to out out. They needed to doge it!

Yep it's all up to the company now. There are a decent amount of eye on this. 

Based on them filing with NVsos.. then addressing the reviews on Google. I think it's safe to say they are turning the corner and we should start to see an organic climb from here. There's no increase in A/S so if they release fins with R/S taken off of the table we are going to the moon. $ATWT

All I can say is it was announced many months ago by a CEO who's no longer with the company and it hasn't happened yet. 

There was an RS in earlier filings. Is that off the table? Tia

Annual report is due tomorrow. If no extension I expect the run to start this week. 

News is coming. Management is building it up. I asked in previous email to Angus what they plan to do about the negative reviews. Within the last week they have submitted multiple responses to reviews on Google Reviews. Most of them seem to be quite good with good responses check them out. $ATwT
