Tony and Ross probably worked out a deal for a very small percentage of Lena and is exempt from getting an approval or updating the licenses....ie under 5%.

Absolutely right! If you're trying to influence buying you would not do so in the final minutes of a trading day. You do so in the morning so others can see the trading volume. This purchase was for a reason of which I speculate is something good coming this way.

There were five trades marked as buys in the last two minutes of the day, as many as there were during the whole day up to that point. However, they were of decent size in comparison, i.e., EOD buying.

The "wash trades" you talked about were the last 5 minutes of the day. You chose that time frame so you could ignore all the buying the rest of the day. It was cute but there's a reason everyone was ignoring you.

Agree, Nobody trusts Tony. Tony needs to pull his head out of his ass. Hell its only going on a year since he said OS reduction and Apple Rush being available......lol

Ask is thin as it's been for quite a while, but no one is slapping it because they don't trust Tony or this company any longer. Tony stopped any momentum there may have been and has ruined it for all longs with his announcements but no follow through on any of them.

It might be impossible to make sense of the question you're asking.

According to Tony & Ross's press release:

Apple Rush Company, Inc. [..] is excited to announce the finalization of the acquisition through an asset purchase of Lena Brewing.
The key term here is "asset purchase": that means 1 entity sells its assets (generally the operational assets, i.e., equipment, trademarks, supplies) to another entity. There are 2 corporations associated with this business:

- LENA BEVERAGE COMPANY - formed in 2012
- LENA BEVERAGE HOLDINGS, LLC - formed in 2024

This means Tony & Ross are telling us that APRU didn't actually buy either of those corporations, but instead, purchased assets from 1 or 2 of these corporations. So which assets were purchased, and from which corp(s) were they purchased?

Then there's the matter of contracts & licenses: e.g., if Lena Brewing is leasing the building, then the landlord must agree to assign the lease to APRU. The liquor board must agree to let the new owner assume the liquor license. New supplier contracts will have to be signed, etc. etc.

And how does this relate to Tony claiming for years that a corporation which doesn't even exist (Lena Brewing Company, LLC) is a subsidiary of APRU?

The transaction has several layers and each of the partners was paid in full,
Neither of those 2 corporations are partnerships, so they have "shareholders" not "partners". It's a weird term to use and weirder for APRU to discuss the internal distribution events of an unrelated entity. It looks like Tony & Ross felt the need to reassure someone that the Lena's investors are being taken care of.

There are now two operating companies for Lena Brewing.
Which 2 companies? We know of 4: APRU itself, the 2 "Lena" corps that actually exist, and the "Lena Brewing Company, LLC" which doesn't exist but keeps getting published in APRU's disclosures.

Maybe Tony can let us know how much of LENA APRU owns?

NITE is showing 6.3M+ of these. Tony needs to get his act together and fast if he wants to take advantage of this (assuming he even pays attention to the spread). Otherwise, there's always the possibility that the pps will drop down to .0016 and this support will get nibbled away in large chunks.
