Years ago APRU is dropping from around .06…….

after Tony settles the Control Dispute, and Bill (LVVV) is selling and likely causing the never-ending drop.

Folks are blaming Nekkid Shorty and MM’s. Folks were denying Bill was selling.

During that time I posted that I just happened to be having lunch in New York, and just happened to overhear two guys who just happened to work for MM’s having a CONversation about manipulating the pps of APRU down to trips.

And if I hadn’t admitted it was a made up story……..

Perhaps I should have blamed Nekkid Short Selling like Low Country did.

I've mentioned before but it's actually amazing how much we can honestly talk about when you aren't here pedaling things with your agenda and turning everything into name game slop. Look at the quality of honest conversation when you're being ignored.

Tony admitted to me his biggest weakness is handling the PR side of things. He announces stuff too early and is often too vague. I don't think he has a good idea of what investors like us and other penny players are looking for either.

I'm really curious what is going on. Tony said more announcements coming regarding new people coming on board. Well, if he knows who these new people are, why not announce it? I know there are lots of good things happening, and feel strongly my stake in this company will increase in value. But I just wish he'd take a class on PR or something. Lots of teasing, why not deliver? This is a winner in my opinion, i just don't understand the strategy.

The OS reduction PR was on February 9. Keywords are "up to 3B shares;" 1 share qualifies as "up to." The samples were DM'ed on Twitter in January. Gone nearly the entire year without hearing anything about either of these. There are other announcements that we have heard nothing about since the initial announcements, as well, particularly about Lena.

Incidentally, in the clip of Tony supposedly "working" at Lena that was tweeted a couple weeks ago, did anyone actually see Tony in it?

I wish Tony wouldn't say anything until something is close to happening. Wasn't the PR for OS reduction and relaunch of Apple Rush back in February or March?

Been waiting for nearly a year. Tony announced it in February this year. This is not a small development, either. I don't know why Tony doesn't execute it. It would show fence sitters that Tony and Apple Rush Co. are the real deal.

If Tony were to execute the OS reduction, do you know what kind of volume would come into $APRU? In the meantime, without the reduction, and Tony announcing it ten months ago followed by nothing, the pps just wallows. All we have to go on is the fins moving the pps like they did in August, which also haven't been released.

Seems like a lot of people waiting on OS reduction.

Don't forget that Tony has almost never followed through on his PRs and tweets. The two that come to mind are the share reduction and the samples. I can deal with not getting samples, although Tony needs to follow through on sending them out, but the share reduction can be a game changer.

I don't understand why he almost always files an extension. Its not like the fins are audited. Tony wants to be a big boy company he needs to start acting like one.

Some of the ask was only trying to drive the price down. When a large hit on the ask happened, they removed the ask. They really didn't want to sell as most see how hard it is to buy at .003 or less

I'm not doubting you. The spread is .003x.0032, so the .0031s are hidden, now.

It was there and then a couple M took out most of the bid and the rest came off.

I doubt Tony would delay fins if they didn't look good. Delaying them isn't going to help do anything other than get a yield sign put up.

I agree that Tony needs to release the fins. I wonder if he's delaying because they don't look good, although he did have an extension. He's been pretty good about releasing fins on time (with or without an extension).

That said, I'm thinking that maybe, just maybe the sale of the property makes it easier (lower price) for APRU to close on the business. However, if they don't close on Lena, at some point those sales figure will disappear like we saw with Q1 2021's sales figures.

Lena keeps expanding APRUs space

The situation was,  lena did own, a family owned property.  So somebody needed cash!  They still own the business but now they have more overhead.  Sounds good for Ross but that makes APRU the 5th wheel.....

Obviously, some companies own their own facilities, but this is one reason why other companies rent space for the long term rather than own.

From what I can tell APRU is selling cans and brokering deals and Tony is counting sales figures the way he did when he posted the $1.8MM in Q1 2021.

He’s “assuming” APRU can someday buy Lena Brewing, hence the latest sales figures.

A lot of operations lease space. What's the big deal? Maybe there's a double standard of sorts for $APRU/Lena in that it's wrong for them to lease space while other operations lease space with no problem.

I don't see anything that belongs to Apple Rush however co-packaging can be profitable because there aren't too many around that produce independently.  This company is very limited,  most of the products they do are already flooded the marketplace by bigger companies.  That ticker should have taken off long ago.  The Lena extravaganza means nothing now.

Reading the business is Corp. by APRU, but the Lena property was sold to a company in Delaware corp.

The filing is a quarterly, not an annual......

report. The extension was for 5 days, not 15, which means after midnight it's late.

But this is the OTC, and I have seen issuers miss that as well with no consequence.

The only thing it could possibly impact is Rule 144 eligibility.
