Cant believe they suspended it when they were just putting out a filing in July. But not sure why they did that bc they already dereg. I think they needed a RW filing right? Oh well this is toast unless they want to take it off the greys which barely happens ever

If this is a RS and they just undo what they did last time a 1 for 30 and you can get .002s 3s this might turn out still well bc OS only 78 mil last put on OTCM. And getting .002s or 3s on a 1 for 30 with this sort of OS is actually ok. Will see...



The OS would be 2.6 mil and pps would be around .09 cents from .003 AND having a stock that has 2.6 mil, a name change, and a merger possibly, this could be a big deal.


2.6 mil OS's go very high on mergers. (.50 1.00 etc)


This is all theoretical. I dont know if they will do a RS 100% and what size it will be.


People sell this one like its nothing. There are always 100k to 400k on the ask most the time and it never really moves that well.
