$ADHC The Breakthrough Devices Program is intended to provide patients and health care providers with timely access to medical devices by speeding up development, assessment, and review for premarket approval, 510(k) clearance, and De Novo marketing authorization. Breakthrough Devices must meet the FDA's rigorous standards for device safety and effectiveness in order to be authorized for marketing. The Breakthrough Devices Program reflects the FDA's commitment to device innovation and protecting the public health.

"We have received initial feedback back from the FDA indicating the application is qualified for review, we expect to hear back with comments from the reviewer in the near future and are optimistic that the GlucoGuard technology presents a compelling case for approval," commented the GlucoGuard team.

This FDA application combined with the recent announcement regarding Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) with development partner Dexcomm has moved the development of this technology along rapidly. More negotiations with Investment Partners are in place and shareholders will be informed in the near future.

How are they going to pay for the FDA clinical trials. This company is not J&J or Moderno. So far they only pay their bills with shares. That is a red flag issue right there. Remo stepped down,REALLY. He has more shares than anyone else period. Maybe they should change the name to glucofraud.

bad idea imo! The PA in this ticker for the past 3 months has been a screaming sell! You have any clue as to how much supply is trapped from .0025 up to .005? The management in this company needs to fire themselves! There is no reason why this shouldn't be trading in the trips right now.

The pr retraction the other day was honestly the most absurd thing I've seen by an OTC company in a while. Can you post that retraction on this board.

Surprised by this one I was! I really thought they'd run this play way better than it did. I said its heading back to trips and I see no reason why it shouldn't. They allowed the chart to be completely destroyed, and todays PA sets this up for a new low going back to the breakout from last August. Managment here are absolutely out of their league on how to move an OTC in a way that isn't an obvious pump and dump. Lol, I absolutely agree with you. Like anyone trading OTC plays where the risks are out of this world, care one little bit about Trump tariffs. In most cases the OTC moves in the opposite direction as the general market.

Will the FDA approve the product and most important of all will it be fast tracked (90) days approximately or will it be required to do a full 3 phase clinical trial which could take years. That is the real critical issue here even if they have a good product. What the FDA does will determine how long it will take for the company to make real money. Can only wait and see.
