Yah, what a shame. What's worse is having to look at these worthless shares in our accounts for who knows how long. I'd just as well have them disappear so I don't have to be reminded every day.

To bad this company had alot of potential and managment made a bad decision in trying to bring an unprover processing plant online by themselves ,,,, 2.7 mil and the manufacture would have brought it up to name plate ,,, 50k shares are rpetty much worthless here............................

From everything I've read online, with the courts allowing the current management to continue through this process, there's a chance that we could come out of bankruptcy in a better position or at the least be a great candidate for a buyout. At this point, I'll settle for breaking even. Like you said, there was (and still may be?) a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it's going to be a long drawn out legal process and in the mean time our funds are locked up.

RHCCF they have the land ,, 1 million acres with the rights to and they have the helium ,,, they decided on a plant that was unproven and alot of bad managment decisions along with most likely greed ,, theese are just my opinions ,, followed them since before they bought out IMPERIAL ,,,They had so much potential and blew it !!! again just my opinions but if a buyout the incoming have the leg work done for them,, they just need the right plant to get the helium out of the ground,, they even had an off take for all they could produce set up

Yeah, doesnt look like they were really doing much. Look like they had some land but not major helium production.

I had 150K shares in this. I rarely get burned this bad. Maybe my third time. There's always the slim chance that we'll be bought out or reorganized. I do find it encouraging that existing management will be kept in place for now.

Keep it and hope for a buyout or... bail before its de-listed and try to minimize any more loss? Tough questions indeed!!!

02:12 PM EST, 01/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Royal Helium (RHCCF) on Monday said the company and its units, Royal Helium Exploration and Imperial Helium, filed a notice of intention to make a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA).

The company said following a review, careful consideration of all available alternatives, and consultation with counsel, the board has determined that it is in the best interests of Royal Helium (RHCCF) and its stakeholders to file for protection under the BIA.

The filing under the BIA includes a stay of proceedings in favor of the company, and the appointment of Doane Grant Thornton as the proposal trustee of the company. The board will remain in place and management will remain responsible for the day-to-day operations of Royal Helium (RHCCF), under the general oversight of the proposal trustee.

The company expects the TSX Venture Exchange to place it under a delisting review and added that there can be no assurance as to the outcome of such review or the continued qualification for listing on the TSXV.

The company also added that its vice president of geology, Shayne Neigum, who had also been acting in the capacity of chief operating officer, resigned from the company to pursue other opportunities.

Shares of RHC were last seen flat at $0.020 on the Venture Exchange.

New 52 Wk. Low of .0106 M, Down almost 27% today with a Market Cap now of only $3.9M and a hair away from trips. Unfriggenbelievable !!! This is now in Shell territory. I imagine it's going to be a little difficult attracting that $4.5M offering when your SP is going down the chitter. Okay management, its time to dazzle us all with some amazing news!

I hope it works out, but I have hesitated to get in just yet because their authorized share count is unlimited. I dont like that card in their deck when it comes to stock value.

This now has a market value of $7.6 Mil despite its leases and proven producing Helium Well. This is now valued as a shell company and is VASTLY undervalued in my opinion. It's going to be very interesting seeing where the SP goes once production resumes. My account is going to be VERY happy indeed!!!

RHCCF yes all eggs in the basket for new managment for sure ,,, they have been silent hoping next pr will be the one we have been waiting on for sure ,,, another play in helium I am in for 10k were $1.37 on enter and down to .06 ,,, do the math and the market cap on that one is just shy of ROYAL'S,,,can't win here.

The public helium companies don't seem to do much other than really nice PDFs and promotions. 

Yah think? This is my worst play f the year. But...by all rights this should make us all big Denaro IF the new management can come through. All the Public Helium companies that I'm aware of completely tanked this year, BIG time. Ugh!!!!

I almost got in, but they dont really have much going on after digging into it. Keeping an eye on it though.

The other thing I find unbelievable is there are still only four of us here.

I for one sure would appreciate some (any!) regular communications from our New Management Team. Their Financial results should be coming out soon. That should say a lot about how things are going.

New 52 Wk. Low at .019 making this a 6.8 Market Cap

There's under valued, there's laughably under valued and then there's laughably unbelievably under valued. There are are Pink Sheet Tickers with absolutely nothing going for them that are valued higher than this, a REAL company, with Real assets and REAL Income, producing a critical resource material with MANY REAL critical applications. I'm continuing to buy as much as I can. In an absolutely worst case scenario, I'm thinking is worth more as a buyout candidate now and in a best case scenario, this will be going to the moon on one of the many spaceships that Helium is used on.

RHCCF chip ,, if you look at todays trades to me it looks like some one trying to bring it down to grab a big buy at a discount ,,, the average joe doesn't make a 10 dollar trade .................... just my opinion buy and sell at your own risk

RHCCF CHIP,,, my beleif panicked sellers ,, we know they have the product but past managment couldn't figure out the plant imo,,Many sellers bailed on another site for royal and were looking for instant gratification ,, There has not been alot of news latley and it makes you wonder ? Still holding tight here and adding more as we go ,, next week plan on adding another 20k shares ,, I planned on a long term here and am willing to hold out . On another note i have another play in the same sector that went from 1.37 down to about .09 that has been a big dissapointment and looked promising AND NOT ADDING DOWN ON THAT ONE !!

Their leases must be worth more than that. Definitely a buyout candidate at this point. It seems like the only way to contact them is via email which I sent yesterday, but haven't received a reply yet. Any thoughts from the other 3 followers here? LOL. Is it my imagination, or is this one of the biggest under the radar plays I've seen in a long time? I continue to add. Waiting for news and liftoff.

So looking forward to updates from our new management team. It's been awhile since we received anything of substance regarding actual production and income numbers. I'm thinking once the kinks get worked out we are going to rock. As of now, we stand to either continue to grow organically in this much in demand, low supply commodity or we receive a very nice buyout offer. I continue to add to my pile in the .03's and have built up a nice chunk. Eager to see us back at our 52 Week High of .23 and hopefully much, MUCH HIGHER!!!!

My 115K shares are looking very nice at .05+ Can't wait till .25, then $2.50. Just wish I had loaded up more .03's Some lucky soul got some in the .02's a week or so ago. Things are definitely looking up here since the management change. Let's see what happens when they get all the ducks in a row and we're at full capacity and we have more than four followers on this Board. Talk about under the radar! Cha Ching!!!!

Well, I respect Andrew Davidson & Co.'s hard work and efforts in bringing us from a plan to an actual producer. However, we all have our strengths and weaknesses and I feel that they have exhausted their contributions to advancing us any further than we are. I strongly believe these changes were needed to bring us to the next level and I'm very eager to see what developments come from this and the news releases that I anticipate we will get going forward, rather than the deafening silence or the occasional statements about shares being exchanged or services rendered and company employees selling shares for personal reasons. Of course they're for personal reasons. Who wants to see their investment tank and tank and tank.

Good things are ahead no doubt. We shall see. At .03 this screams a buy. I shall continue o pick up more cheapies and dream of the riches that will be coming down the pike.

From a 52 Wk. high of .25 down to .03's, while going from a non-producer to a producer with more in the pipeline. I've got my order in for more three's as well. Helium is a critical commodity in the production of Computer Chips, etc. Looking forward to the day we cash out BIG here!!!

rhccf not sure chip but loaded another 10k shares in tje last week and will load another 10k next week ,,, something has to give ,, 3s ? They are either going to produce or be bought out ? I will gamble on they produce and at this price ive brought my average down from the imperial buyout to below .07 so just a waiting game here,, all or nothing GL

RHCCF CHIP, I totaly agree with you !! yet at this low pps i keep adding a few k every other week,, hopefuly namplate is reached and the pps excels far beyond my imagination , till then i will keep adding ,, been in it since imperial so not going anywhere soon GL

Really, stop selling shares and paying contractors with shares. Make a profit. Buy back shares. Make more money and do the same, etc.
