Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. ("Mountain Boy" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MTB)
plans to explore the high grade silver properties it owns along American Creek
during the 2011 field season. The exploration will follow up on results obtained
in programs carried out in 2006 and 2007. Elevated silver values occur in
replacement type mineralization, sulphide veins and breccia zones within rocks
along the valley. The main properties to be explored include the Mountain Boy
and FR claims.

The Company plans to explore both the High Grade and Mann veins with
approximately 5,000 metres of drilling. In exploration conducted in the 1930's,
the High Grade and the nearby No 3 vein were traced over strike lengths of 600
metres and tested over widths from 1 to 5 metres. Work in the 1930's yielded
over 14,136 grams/tonne silver (500 oz/ton silver) over widths up to 1 metre
within both veins which are 4-5 metres wide overall. Bonanza type mineralization
consisting of acanthite (silver sulphide) and stromeyerite (silver-copper
sulphide) occurs as veinlets, stringers and lenses in the High Grade and No 3
vein, giving rise to high silver grades. Drilling in this area in 2006
encountered high silver values with DDH-2006-10 intersecting 5.18 metres of 5258
g/t silver and DDH-2006-19 intersecting 8.53 m of 2260 g/t silver. The Company
will drill 10 to 15 short holes to further test this zone.

The program will also follow up on a hole drilled in 2006 into the Mann vein
(12-13 metres wide traced over 500 metres of strike) approximately 150 metres
south of the closest underground workings. This single hole that tested the zone
in this area intersected 7.01 metres of 281.7 g/t silver. The closest
underground working contain 2 zones, a copper bearing one yielded 3.4 metres of
398.8 g/t silver while a second zinc bearing one yielded 45.5 g/t silver over
3.0 metres. A surface zone correlating with the underground zones carries 1200
g/t silver over 3.65 metres.

The other area to be explored will be on the Virginia K showings within the FR
claims. There are at least 2 significant veins carrying high gold and silver
values. In the Virginia K. 5 showing, mineralization comprises stringers of
quartz with galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and pyrite in carbonate-altered
argillite and greywacke host rocks. Grab samples of siliceous vein material
assayed up to 1,177.7 grams per tonne silver from a short adit. In the 1931
Minister of Mines Annual Report it was reported that a sample assayed 9.6 grams
per tonne gold, 1,522.3 grams per tonne silver and 8.01 per cent lead across 3.7
metres from one of the veins. Numerous other reported silver showings will be
sampled as well.
