Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. Announces Change in Management

Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CED) ("Cedar" or the "Corporation")
announces that Dr. Adrienne Ross has resigned as a Director of the Corporation
and has ceased to be President. The Chairman and CEO of Cedar, Mr. Charles
Chebry B.Sc., CMA, will act as interim President. Cedars Vice President of
Exploration Mr. David Clarke M.Sc., P.Geol, will assume the role of Qualified
Person under the definition of National Instrument 43-101, while continuing to
design and implement an exploration program at Cedar's recently optioned Kelly
Creek gold property in Alaska.


The Kelly Creek Project is a drill-permitted early-stage exploration property of
32,640 acres (13,209 hectares) with historic results indicating the presence of
a sediment-hosted gold deposit located on the Seward Peninsula in the prolific
Nome mining district, which has historically recorded placer gold production of
