Disclosure of interest in shares

Cyberes received notification on 2 May 2003 from Philip Taylor that on 1 May
2003 he had a material interest in 888,456 of the ordinary shares in Cyberes and
that this gives rise to a disclosable interest in accordance with the provisions
of s.199 (2)(a) of Companies Act 1985 being an interest of approximately 3.1% of
the Company's issued share capital.
