This board is for LTC properties, not for litecoin.

$LTC LITECOIN showing great strength . Bullish

Litecoin continues to show great strength and resilience as it tries to break the $122 resistance level . Indicators remain strong and in particular the MOMentum which has now reset and going higher in a strong move, this is often seen as a very good leading indicator. Volume has also remained strong with bulls stepping in on any weakness, once again the weekly close should some bring some volatility and a push towards the top of the bollinger band would be very positive. Any move above above $122 we will consider adding to our position, while sub $100 is a sell area.

I picked up a small lot yesterday because of the sale of properties. Let's see if they bump up the dividend some to suport share price going forward....As it is the shares may be a steal now!!!!!!!

Known as the Sunrise Portfolio, the six assisted living and memory care communities in Ohio and Pennsylvania were sold for $67.5M.

$LTC expects to book a Q2 gain on sale of $48M on the deal. Rental revenue for the four months ended April 30 was $1.5M.

Solid compay, great & increasing divy, 52 week low. Sounds like a buy to me

LTC Properties, Inc.is a health care real estate investment trust (REIT). It invests primarily in senior housing and long term care properties through mortgage loans, property lease transactions and other investments. Its primary senior housing and long term healthcare property types include skilled nursing properties, assisted living properties, independent living properties and combinations thereof. It has investments in 30 states leased or mortgaged to 40 different operators. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired two senior housing properties located in South Carolina with 118 licensed beds, 40 assisted living units and 53 independent living units. It also acquired two properties, including a 120-bed skilled nursing property in Florida and a 166-bed skilled nursing property in Texas. In October 2011, it acquired a nursing property with 196 licensed beds in Pasadena, Texas . In November 2011, it acquired a skilled nursing property with 156 licensed beds in Colton.
