I am on the same page. There are lawsuit against them and I guess I am late for the settlement. And last thing you could do is to convert to their new share??

I (and other investors) have been terribly victimized by this company and are stuck holding the bag (not even of thin air, but a vacuum). The Company CEO wrote that he's 'aligned' with shareholders... really how can this be when there's been absolutely no news and he's totally responsible for this incredibly long time of taking my money away from me, and this has put a serious hurt me.

Does anyone here know anything new re. to the company, and WHEN we'll have liquidity ?

If this is another Chinese fraud then someone must hunt these culprits down and deliver a unmistakable message. There seem to be no law enforcement for foreigners in China, and no justice served. I've had more than my share of losing everything from these frauds. I may even decide to arrange this myself. First Must Find, Torture if possible, then Execute. These POS are never are made to pay restitution for what they've stolen... so Nothing Less than Torture and Death will do. I sure do hope this is not a fraud, and if it were, hopefully the money invested is not completely gone.

Small sustainable agriculture companies hold a lot of promise going forward. Organic/sustainable agriculture is growing faster than the conventional AG industry. Keeping eyes out on GRO and GROG. No joke. Almost the same symbol. LOL

only .09c off the high but looks like it could either consolidate or pull back from here. so i dunno what to do, so i took it off. i was looking at this yesterday and couldnt tell if its getting ready to break out and do something its never done before, or put in a high here. hard to tell when it moves so slow.

monthly looks great. 2.16 huge breakout. pointing towards 2.50s-3 without too much effort.

looks like an e/r play and earnings are not until august, so room to go.
so far i'm fairly sized in already but if trade keeps working gonna keep adding
