Western Asset Emerging Markets Floating Rate Fund Inc., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ๏ฟฝEFL,๏ฟฝ announced income distributions of $0.0750 per common share per month for December, January and February. The Fund had previously paid an income distribution of $0.0700 per common share. In addition, the Fund also announced a December 2006 long-term capital gain distribution in the amount of $0.6157 per common share.
