Nice to see this coming back but afraid it might have something to do with all the “died suddenlys” going on.

When I bought this it was largely due to insider buying. Anyone know more about the roles vice presidents and senior vice presidents play?

Carriage Services, Inc. (Carriage) is a provider of death care services and merchandise in the United States. The Company operates in two business segments: funeral homes, which account for approximately 75% of the Company’s total revenue as of December 31, 2010, and cemeteries, which account for approximately 25% of its total revenue as of December 31, 2010. As of December 31, 2010, Carriage operated 147 funeral homes in 25 states and 33 cemeteries in 12 states. The Company provide funeral and cemetery services and products on both an at-need (time of death) and preneed (planned prior to death) basis. During the year ended December 31, 2010, Carriage completed six acquisitions, one cemetery business and five funeral home businesses. In September 2011, the Company acquired Franklin & Downs Funeral Homes. In October 2011, the Company acquired Carman Funeral Home and Roberson Funeral Home, both in Northeast Kentucky.
