The Registrant yesterday issued the following press release:

Standard & Poor's have affirmed SEK’s long-term credit rating to 'AA+'(Stable) and thereby removing SEK from Credit Watch with negative implications, where SEK was placed on July 6 this year. Standard & Poor’s writes in a press release “we assess the likelihood of extraordinary support from the Swedish government as 'extremely high'”.
