America West Announces New Service Between Las Vegas and Palm Springs, Calif. PHOENIX, July 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- America West Airlines (NYSE:AWA), the nation's second largest low-cost airline, announces new service between its Las Vegas hub and Palm Springs, Calif., which will begin on Oct. 1, 2005.
