Probably because they are not compliant yet, they have a meeting with Nasdaq on the 5th. E Trade is the best platform by far. Once they are in compliant this will run, plus their patent just got approved but they haven't released the news yet.

Vaccinex (VCNX) 11/7 $4.13 + 9% announced the signing of several proprietary project agreements with Amgen (AMGN), Merck (MRK), Chugai, Absci (ABSI), Gigagen (Grifols), Merus (MRUS), Soleil, ThirdArc and Incyte (INCY), employing Vaccinex's ActivMAb technology to generate antibodies to complex antigen targets. In addition, Vaccinex has signed agreements to provide Charles River Labs, OmniAb, Adimab and other undisclosed strategic partners with materials to facilitate their antibody discovery programs using transgenic animal species for immunization or very large synthetic antibody libraries. The financial terms of the agreements are undisclosed.

VCNX will hit 30-40 dollars in a blink and triple dollars in within 18 months. No ifs or buts. This is buy and hold for dear life.

That was given, it only made common sense, when they haven't been diluting since the dawn of times, they haven't cooked the numbers.

This one will give big in due time. Another insider buy over 2 million dollars off the market on 11/14. They know its coming, barely seen a micro cap biotech with insiders too confident.

This price stays this range, since I plan on buying another 600-700 shares on Friday, will bring my tally up to 6200 shares, just need another 3800 shares, which I plan on buying right before the 5th of December and that bring my tally up to 10,000 shares and wait for news and no, I will be not be selling for 100%.....200% gains either, this is easily worth minimum 30-40 dollars, which is ten times from here, got all the time in the World.

Interesting high of the day today $3.94 with nothing burger volume, imagine with great news volume goes through the roof and float almost locked up. The last days this will stay under $4.00 is first week December, after that once they go compliant easy $5-6 dollars with news, this will be run to remember.

Been watching this; did the outstanding just go from 1.7M to 2.6M?

Tariffs will hurt US companies importing their goods from China, Mexico and Canada, Harbor Freight was planning on more locations Nationwide, now with these Tariffs, they put a freeze on store build out locations. Companies that make their products here in US are going to be immune. Market already sees this, whether that will change in the morning, is yet to be determined.

Tariffs won't hurt this company, US made products and 60% of their products is sold in the US, it will make this company even stronger. The massive run starts first to second week of December. End of the year price target 60-70 dollars.

VCNX is getting marinated and prepped for a major run. How fast and far up, all depends on what the insiders motives are. The science is one of the best breeds out there. This could fly to 20 dollars and still be cheap. Hands down the next DRU*G in the making and even higher in the triple dollars range.

Wow past Nasdaq meeting Dec 5th for sure we’ll know about these agreements.

I too believe there is going to be partnership, if there is going to be buyout, it will be before the compliant, which falls first to second week of December, if we get past that, then it is partnership. Regardless, this will get to triple dollars within the timeline I expect, this is a hold for dear life.

Partnership Logic -
Every single form I've ran through from as far back as 2018 they stated very clearly that their intentions are to capitalize on existing collaborations to expand into partnerships to advance towards commercialization. Specifically mentioning the Cancer trials with Merck.

They've stated clearly they're seeking a partnership. Now if they're seeking a partnership on Neurology side it could be with Biogen, Roche, Merck, I originally thought Eli Lilly but the more research I did the more I found Roche has been interested as well.

A partnership is possible in the form of Royalties, Commercialization agreement with sales percentages, etc. This would give them an influx of money to concentrate on other pipeline avenues such as melanoma, breast cancer, Rett Syndrome, etc.

If this was the appeal plan I wouldn't expect an instant jump in value unless someone buys those 1.6million shares or the Partnership is incredibly good.

Buyout Logic - They're in a deep deficit with lack of cash to push more trials without an influx of money not even including compliance. This does seem the most logical at first thought and Hopium

After researching over past forms, documents, down to current statements, future growth in pipeline, down to purchases, Alzheimer's Association Warrants, and company warrants.....

Partnership, as much as I want a buyout, Partnership seems like the path they're going based on the information I have on hand from last night.
-With the Alzheimer's Association not executing the warrants
-The company having the ability to execute the warrants on their behalf and haven't
-The amount of warrants lately with the ability to purchase more
-Past & Current statements on Partnerships through current collaborations
-Dr Siemers wasn't working on Eli Lilly's behalf but on behalf of Alzheimer's Association, interesting I know, in fact he is Chief Medical Officer of another pharma company right now.
-Past filed forms make it pretty evident they made some form of mutual agreement with Merck on the Cancer trials based on endpoint being met.

All this together makes me think they already have a partner for Neurology or Oncology side or both and are negotiating the terms of said strategic partnership.

The amount of warrants, setting aside the 1.6million shares, Alzheimer's Association not executing their warrants.....just doesn't say buyout it says Partnership and that would make sense if they're all confident on the results and the ability to execute a partnership this is what you would do knowing the value is there longer term.
After looking over the pipeline ability of Pepinemab the value IMO would be over 10billion starting price. At that point it makes more sense to create the next Merck, Eli Lilly, Roche, the next Large pharmaceutical giant."

I am extremely convinced that VCNX will hit triple dollars in 18 months or less. Just give me buyout at 500 million dollars $195 dollars or a billion dollars for twice more. Outstanding science, this is one of the best of best breed in this sector.

December to remember. One of the best low market cap biotech company out there. This has 200 million market cap written all over it. I know it, when I see it.

$4-5 range then Nasdaq compliance, then big news. They will hold it down until compliance.

I managed to find, read and connect the dots over there as you said.
So all this hush-hush from the company seems to have a meaning ….likely interested parties met and are about to act.
Combine that with the upcoming Nasdaq meeting due in two weeks and we can explain the ultra-aggressive tight trading.
I wonder if we get a ‘revelation’ before that date.

Euro, there is new DD on this one, Kobe is very good, but there is one other poster on Stocktwits that found something that blew Kobe away, needless to say, all the DD on that board is very intriguing, but this stock is incredibly intriguing, I think it is going to blow the lid off, the float is getting tighter and tighter and only the insiders and Steve Cohen know where it going once that news breaks, I hate to tell you this, I think this will easily hit 100 million market, which is 10 times from here. One great news, we are off to the races. The insiders are very old, so might even sell the company, someone is definitely manipulating the stock with the pattern it has had lately. Just stick around and buy any dips you can, I have already accumulated 5000 shares and waiting on a big payday, most of trading funds are tied to SMCI, had to average down on that one, otherwise I would allocated them here after what I read tonight.

I’m doing just that, they let you buy at 3.35 but after that is immediately taken back down to $3 as if their lives depended on it.
In any case it’s ok ..it’ll turn around.

This will move to triple dollars, don't know when but it will. Just add 100 shares a day if you can. Wasn't home most of the day, I am committed to this and a few others, waiting for SMCI to hit my target price too, not going anywhere with that one for sure.

One of the best science out there, this is going to triple dollars in less than 18 months.
