a contract with JMsolutions, which delivers integrated Web-based
automotive products and services. The agreement provides for
integration between DealerTrack's SalesMaker(TM) desking solution
and JMsolutions' DealerUps(TM) customer relationship management
(CRM) tool, which will benefit customers of both companies by
enabling them to seamlessly transfer deal data between DealerUps
and SalesMaker without re-entering it, streamlining dealer
