On February 6, 2024, Siyata Mobile Inc., a British Columbia (Canada) company (“Siyata” or the “Company”) that is a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular devices and of cellular signal booster systems, issued a press release announcing that it has expanded its alliance with Hyperion Partners (“Hyperion”), an industry-leading mobility primary agent and T-Mobile business partner, to include distribution of the Company’s mission critical PoC (MCPTT) SD7 handsets and accessories.
