Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On May 6, 2015, the Board of Directors of PSB Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $.03 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of May 20, 2015 and will be paid on June 4, 2015.
