Why would they increase the A/S to 750 million shares? How can they possibly need that many common shares now that the bid/ask is at $3/share. That would be over $2B market cap at 3 bucks. Management being greedy. They should have R/S the allowable shares too.

One of the things you need to consider is older ampakines from my novice research generally had short half life, lesser efficacy and beset with higher side effects in high impact ampakines. So development paths are narrow for those.
