Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 11, 2024, the Board of Directors of Insight Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the authorization of a new stock repurchase program pursuant to which the Company may purchase up to an aggregate of $300 million of the Company's common stock, $0.01 par value per share.
