Someone bought almost 700K says something is coming.

I've been away for the last week or so.

I can't remember but there are filings.

The company is going dark. The shares have not yet been cancelled. This is a lotto play.

They haven’t filed for bankruptcy. Interesting to see what the outcome is gonna be. Still there were 67 holders per sec filing. Nol is worth 318 million as if 12/312021.

From $9.75 to $0.07, over-over-over Sold. With low float, it’ll bounce hugely.

Nope. Just searched all its news. No even any hint for the ceasing operation. Lol!

KLDO, $0.07, up 40%. High as $9.75 last May. Just delisted from NASDAQ Apr 18. It’s a real company.
O/S: only 43 million.

I don't know really. But my guess is that since they're shutting down operations, you might be out of luck. I bought & sold last week but was watching closely to see what happened today since the delisting was not supposed to happen until the 28th. I wonder if it's even legal to announce a date to investors and then delist early. I wonder who delisted the company today. Was it the SEC, KLDO, or MMs just stopped trading it.

Maybe delisted already. There was supposed to be an announcement today and then it was supposed to go into effect on the 28th.

Why it is not trading? Dead?

Anybody's guess what's behind the movement here. Quite a gamble, but what stock isn't. They have till Monday to file so we'll see what happens.
