Fulton Financial Corporation (the “Company”) has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Annual Report”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Due to administrative and technical delays, the Company was unable to file the Annual Report prior to the 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time EDGAR acceptance time (the “Acceptance Time”) on February 29, 2024 without unreasonable effort and expense.

The Company filed the Annual Report at 5:34 p.m. Eastern Time on February 29, 2024. Because the Annual Report was filed after the Acceptance Time, the Annual Report reflects a March 1, 2024 filing date, and, accordingly, the Company is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 on March 1, 2024.
