On May 3, 2023, Builders FirstSource, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the news release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 reporting its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2023.

On May 3, 2023, the Company issued the news release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing that the Company’s board of directors authorized the repurchase of up to $1 billion of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock.
