Remy Cointreau Successfully Issues EUR380 Million Private Bond Placement

Remy Cointreau said it has successfully issued a non-listed and
not-rated private 380 million-euro ($399.2 million) bond
placement.
The bonds have maturities of 7, 10 and 12 years and a weighted
average coupon of 5.58%, the company said.
Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and the
issue enables Remy Cointreau to enhance its funding flexibility, to
diversify its financing and to extend the average maturity of its
debt, it added.
