Milan, January 30, 2014 PRESS RELEASE Gas Plus S.p.A.: 2014 Financial Calendar Gas Plus S.p.A., in accordance with Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), informs about the 2014 financial calendar: March/24: April/30: May/15: August/05: November/13: Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2013; Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at December 31, 2013 (sole call); Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the interim report as at March 31, 2014; Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at June 30, 2014; Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the interim report as at September 30, 2014.

Conference call for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned board of directors' meetings. Any amendment to the above calendar shall be promptly disclosed.
