2023 Annual General Meeting Voting Results

The Board of Secure Trust Bank PLC (the 'Bank' or 'STB') announces that shareholders approved all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of STB held today Thursday, 18 May 2023.

Information about voting at the Annual General Meeting will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at: www.securetrustbank.co.uk .

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copy of Resolutions 12 to 20, which were passed as special business at the AGM, will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

In addition, copies of Resolutions 16 to 20 will be filed with Companies House.
