So its a consumer brand name. That sounds good to me...as long as any/all goodwill associated with the brand belongs to Viaderma, which it sounds like it does. If Otiko thinks he can better market the product with a new brand name, by all means, do it.

I wouldn’t have the letter come off as overly angry either. But I’d layout using bullet points exactly, as a group, the actions shareholders immediately demand. Make it actionable!

Good observation but @rogers711 tried implying the contrary because of the use of the word "conditions" by MK. My own interpretation? Perhaps the FDA reminded vivos in the approval letter to ensure that the trial protocols incorporate concerns raised and addressed in the sub-meetings about PET SCANS
