I suspect another loss for Q2! If base metals prices do not recover they will resort to dilution or sale!

Cash burn is concerning. 2-3Q at current burn rate. They are going to need to consolidate with someone soon to survive.

"Strong Q4 Financial Results Following Production Restart

Highest recorded revenues since Q4 2019, with revenues of $9.3 million generating $4.4 million in mine operating income, earnings per share of $0.03 and operating cash flow generated (pre-working capital adjustments) per share of $0.04."

Reading the report it looks as if they paid their debt down to zero, and are generating a nice profit. Forward PE would be at 8.0 at $0.96 a share on the Amex. This is a silver mining company, but gold, copper, lead, etc come right on out of the ground with the silver. They got these results with avg silver at $24 oz. Silver is north of $25 oz, and has been for days. A buy rating was just issued with a target of $1.50 which would easily take out the $1.31 52 week high. Going back to $0.61 or moving up from $0.96? I'd say with silver prices what they are it's going to move up.

You have a company that has spent all it's money and then some!

I almost had heart failure but at the same time I was happy happy happy!! I had sold out when I seen the pps dropping the other day. My thoughts were well....... I should have not sold! Then today happened and i thought......... dang I'm lucky!!! what a kick in the butt cheeks!! I missed it by only hours!!! I had kept one share as always so I can see what is going on with a stock everyday. Unreal!!! not sure if I will buy back in again for now? Holding off for a while. Good luck to everyone. Just luck I sold 1,499. JMO

(NYSE: ASM) announces it has entered into an underwriting agreement dated November 21, 2016 (the "Underwriting Agreement") with Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, as sole bookrunner, and Rodman & Renshaw, a unit of H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, as lead manager, and certain co-managers (collectively, the "Underwriters"), to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 6,370,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at the price of US$1.57 per Unit (the "Issue Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$10 million (the "Offering") in Canada and the United States of America. Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share of the Company (the "Common Shares") and one-half (1/2) of one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrants"). Each whole Warrant will be exercisable for a period of 36 months after the closing of the Offering and will entitle the holder to purchase one (1) additional Common Share at an exercise price of US$2.00, subject to adjustment.
