Bottom is zero and there is no bottom when diluting shares . Also FCE can dilute shares at any price even under $5 and definitely under $10.00 their back log is not guaranteed either . They are burning you say less than 30 million per quarter but when you look at the last quarter their total revenue was less than 19 million. FCE is failing big time.

" Where's the top?" " Where's the bottom? You saw the top 4 years ago. The bottom is yet to be seen but will only be reached if/when the company showsRESULTS
So tell your inquirers to brace themselves for prices YOU never were willing to admit to for as long as you've been relentlessly trying to push others into it.

I've heard many of seasoned investors and traders comment on trying to pick a bottom or pick a top, And some may certainly be better at it than others, But usually you have to wait until that's already happened and basically proven itself in order to be accurate meaning obviously you miss something. I talked with several people and they all are saying the same thing Where's the bottom. I don't care where the bottom is I say where's the top. I can tell you right now The company can only sell 194 million in stock ATM. Obviously how many shares they can sell varies based on what the share price is. Since they have 270 million in cash and are going to prove they're burning less than 30 million per quarter, They don't have to worry about cash for well over a year. I do not see them diluting shares under $5. Or even under $10 for that matter. Unless a significant growth opportunity presents which would shoot the share price up anyway. That said, a $100M market cap with $270M cash, $1.3+B backlog and revenue ranging from $180-$200M in 25 and over $200M in 26, I can't imagine this not having a near term $1B market cap peak. Lets say I'm wrong and it's $500M, that's still 5X current. That's not 50 or 100% that's 400% minimum in my humble opinion. $20 a share would be well over 300% from here. So even if it drops further, $4 per say, anyone with a brain, time & money willing to risk missing 300-400% within months hoping for another 25% drop? Fortunately I did not sell the Harley yet, but I am under $5!

Pay attention HOGGIE. There are 2 recent sells on it from5 star analysts who do allot more complete and thorough unbiased research . This is what the markets trust. And if you respected the technicals on this stock you'd understand.

Few needs to be non-existent since he has done absolutely nothing but bring shame to FCE . Few is no leader but a lost man in this business world and he makes a living at the common shareholders expense via share dilution. He should he fired and does not deserve to be CEO .

Few is a shame of person representing an American company that has been around for 50 years . Also taking this stock where it is now in the abyss . He is not a visionary person but a follower of his own mistakes.

Wallstreet and analysts have a sell rating even at $5.00 a share . This means $2.50 is very possible here . There is really nothing but speculation with this and it’s no manipulation but reality of the stock and what the future holds . This 1.3 billion backlog is not guaranteed but what is guaranteed is future stock dilution.

You have been wrong with your bullish calls with this stock in the past few months and years all the way from $29 to now $.16 post RS. and anyone can read your post and see your bad calls .

All in my opinion .

Now that the stock is in the $4’s most likely trade sideways dropping a 3-5% on a daily and weekly . FCE does not have a promising future so it will keep tanking . A 50 million market cap is very possible with some bounces in between . I expect a 50% downfall from here $2.50 with 50 million market cap in the near future is very possible.

All in my opinion and trade at your own risk .

Read the analysts SELL reports and you'll find the " SENSE" you're missing.

Now breaks under $5.00 on a closing basis for both technical and fundamental reasons with2 rusted professional analysts downgrading the stock to SELL.
Notwithstanding a small bounce, this one is in a downward spiral to untold levels.

Longs here could have avoided this if the respected tried and true investment principles were followed instead of following poor. advice.

1/31/25 Woods says Data Center customers selected and could go live as early as 2028! This is total of 1,500MW output. Without FCE, that means Nat Gas plant would need to be more like 2,000MW, because all other CCUS is parasitic, but FCEL creates more power.

At least 4 contracts worth approximately $400M since December 2023! $400M with about 1/2 of that recognized within the next 6 quarters! toyota is shifting its focus away from fcev because of "infrastructure challenges"?....lol

so first, toyota came up with the brilliant idea to make and sell fcev's even though there was no place to refuel...realizing that was a problem, they decided to offer $12k worth of free fuel...but then they found that didnt work because there was STILL NO PLACE to refuel!...

so apparently they finally came to the conclusion that making and trying to sell fuel cell electric vehicles when there is no where for them to refuel is a rather stupid idea...

whew!...how many years did that take!...

so now we should be on the edge of our seat trying to hear what they have planned next for fcev's?....

Eventually with no money from the government or tax credits hydrogen will be doomed all of the carbon capture projects will be cancelled as well and then you can expect more reverse splits to survive . It will not be a sudden death but just look at the last 4 years FCE stock has gone from $30 to $.17 pre -split or $900 to $5.00 post split however you put it it’s a 99% loss in the past 4 years. Trump is the President but he is first a businessman and no one is going to convince him to keep the hydrogen subsidy.IMO

i frankly never understood how anyone thought hydrogen was the way to go...especially green hydrogen...spending a $1000 dollars to make hydrogen that you can sell for 30 bucks isnt a great plan...oh sure you can beg the gov to kick in subsidies, tax breaks and all sorts of wefare money, and hope you can grow the product and bring down the price, but its always going to be a loser...especially when after the gov spends hundreds of millions to support your losing business plan, they will then be expected to come up with trillions of dollars to get the infrastructure built...

i always said fcel needed to just do what they knew how to do...fcell cells...and forget all the fancy crap...but on the other hand, that doesnt seem to be working for them either...at least not anymore....they made an embarrassing mess of the toyota facility and the Groton facility was even worse...spending money like drunken sailors and laying off hundreds of workers and having to r/s their stock and then watch it drop like a rock thereafter...im not surprised many companies are hesitant to work with them...after all, they are not the only fuel cell company around...theres plenty to choose from...

Once again he stock is O/S and another bounce is possible. It can be more O/S before it occurs but if it comes below $5 on closing basis, it still a bounce only. Until trend reverse, investors much treat it as such.
Unless there's some unanticipated bad new the market is suspecting, $5 should give traders a reason to lightly dip i.

but FCEL isnt really a hydrogen company only the Toyota system produces hydrogen none of their energy customers use it - their FCells are all nat gas or methane

They dream of being one though with the SOFC/electrolyser that. no one has seen - only artists impressions and may be inside a lab

I believe that soon the stock will be in the low $4’s but how this gets there 5% to 3% loss the next 10 days or a quick fall to $4 ? Take your bets here since they still have a strong sell I believe.

This is the 7th consecutive down day for the stock. It is now 85.5% lower than its April '24 high of 35.7following the consistent poor fuundamentals, techicals and professional Analyst research.
Ignoring these have proven costly. Following that which contradicted them was extremely costly.

$5.00 is the line in the sand. Falling below it on a closing basis, a vacun exists which could take the stock to unprecedented lows.

Fuel Cell energy will survive with reverse splits and offerings and it seems the only way for now. It will be a long time before this sees a market cap of half a billion. Which is the old $1.00 mark . The tech is getting old compared to Bloom energy.

There will be companies that may do some business in the hydrogen sector, but it won’t be companies worth 17 Pennies per share…

Generally speaking, the hydrogen sector is one big turd…and all these articles and links to conventions and speaking engagements are just an attempt to shine the turd…

At some point, ccus will be seen for the stupidity that it is…so will hydrogen…

The pps will bounce around a bit but the trend will be down…

The day HOGGIE comes out from under his desk is the day the stock is up $.03. We'll then be subject to the usual barrage of links trying desperately to convince his remaining followers to hold on as better days are just around the corner.
