Oh I have no doubt that they were influential in getting them to get this acquisition done... they also most likely told them that Durham was not the partner they should have delt with... I would think that Orange business will bring them more work as will the groups they work with in South America.

But it wasn’t very much at all so far.

What I am curious about is they list him as an “officer/director” in the Pre14C…and yet there has been no Form 4 for the change in his holdings since 12/26/24.

Not a conclusive result because I have not reviewed the entire repository but poking around the site, I found some responses which took 20 days from asked to answered with alot of 15 and 16 day gaps as well as some as short as 6
