Thanks to TRUMPs election, the corruption and eco terrorists that were
running the EPA are being slowly removed.
Couple that with TRUMP being honest and saying, AMERICA needs to be
utilizing its own natural resources. IE, encouraging it to happen instead of
the fed gov't colluding with the eco terrorists to deny mining, logging, farming et al.
Its why I am now paying attention again to NAK.. Was just a tad too slow in
hearing the changes taking place in DC and getting shares of NAK when it was
sub 90 cents. My bad...
The only problem now is, the market cap is already getting up there with no
clear timeline on when they might get the greenlight to start moving forward again.
Disclaimer: no shares

The question that primarily needs to be answered is:
DOES THEIR DEVELOPMENT COMPLY with the existing regulations
set forth to put an operation in production.
Its way too easy for the anti-mining crowd to make the claim that something
COULD be hurt. If thats the case, then the regulations need to be revised to
address the concern.
We have a company trying to get a copper mine going in our area. Same
playbook is in use to try and deny the permitting process. Lots of it 'could' do
this and that. Which begs the question, why aren't they attacking the regulations
that are on the books that have to be complied with?? And I suspect the answer is,
because scientifically, the regulations get done whats necessary to protect the environment
and man..
NAK in their latest presentation essentially says that they were denied their permit not
because of non-compliance, but because of corruption of the permit process itself by
individuals with their own agenda to deny mining. And had to twist the facts, lie in order
to do it. What a fricking mess this world has turned into.
And if this post gets pulled because of what I am saying, this will confirm my last won't it.
AKA< someone doesn't want to hear the truth be said outloud.

blue, please feel free to get out there and
apply to be a another moderator on this NAK board.
Seems I'm the only one restoring posts that
have been needlessly deleted. Seems the
ones that get deleted are usually bullish on NAK,
or some aspect of mining , gold, silver, moly, copper etc.
Go Figure.
FYI. personal attacks are not allowed,
also off topic postings are not allowed either. .

Long time follower of NAKs efforts.
Just went thru their MARCH 2025 update. Worth a read if you haven't
seen it. Very detailed with respect to the screw job that was done to them.
Just sent the company a request tho. Asked them IF the obstacles are cleared
and they can move forward, what would the estimated timeline be for reaching the
permitting to commence.
I know there are a lot of uncertainties, but sure wish the miners would put out
at least an 'estimated' timeline for things to get done if things were to go as they should
(aka, no legal warfare by the ecoterrorists including the epa)
Disclaimer: own no shares at the moment, sold what I had for around breakeven
when the epa screwed them over.
Also, for folks that like miners, check out the Rare Earth mine effort up in
Greenland. I had sold my shares back in 2021 because I sensed the new
gov't of Greenland was about to screw ETM (ticker here in the US: GDLNF)
over, deny them their permit. Just grabbed new shares of that one before the
recent March 11th election in Greenland that defeated the parties that denied
GDLNF their pmit. Now at 5 cents/sh.. If they get a permit to commence mining?
Some see a $/sh.. I will be happy with 25 cents for starters on a large position.
Good luck. About time our corrupted epa is stopped from colluding with the eco-terrorists to prevent/interfere with mining logging, farming et al

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pebble_Mine
Project ownership
The land is owned by the State of Alaska.[38] Pebble Mines Corp. holds mineral rights for 186 square miles (480 km2) of the area, an area that includes the Pebble deposits, as well as other, less explored, mineral deposits.
Resources
In 2008, Pebble was estimated to be the second-largest ore deposit of its type in the world in terms of the value of the contained metal, slightly smaller than Indonesia's Grasberg Mine, which contains more metal in a smaller amount of ore than Pebble.[21]
The last resource estimate for Pebble, as at December 2017, was a measured and indicated resource of 6.46 billion tonnes of ore grading 0.40% copper, 0.34 g/t gold, 1.7 g/t silver and 240 ppm molybdenum. Contained metals in the resource (at 100% recovery) were 56.9 billion pounds of copper, 70.6 million troy ounces of gold, 3.4 billion pounds of molybdenum and 344 million ounces of silver. The estimate used a 0.3% copper equivalent cutoff.[22]
As of August 2020, gross value of the contained metals, 57% was from copper, and 27% from gold and 14% from molybdenum. Co-products including silver, rhenium, and palladium might also be recoverable.[22]

Fact Sheet: https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/03/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-takes-immediate-action-to-increase-american-mineral-production/
This can only help NAK, witness the heavy volume and nice move up today.
INCREASING AMERICAN MINERAL PRODUCTION: Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order to boost American mineral production, streamline permitting, and enhance national security.
Agencies shall compile a list of all mineral production projects that have submitted a plan of operations, permit application, or any other approval request to that agency in order to expedite the review and advancement of those projects in coordination with the National Energy Dominance Council (NEDC).
Additional mineral production projects will be considered for FAST-41 status to streamline permitting.
New recommendations will be provided to Congress regarding treatment of waste rock, tailings, and mine waste disposal under the Mining Act of 1872.
The Secretary of the Interior will prioritize mineral production activities over other types of activities on Federal lands that hold critical mineral deposits.
The Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Energy, Secretary of Agriculture, and Secretary of the Interior shall identify additional sites that might be suitable for mineral production activities that can be permitted as soon as possible.
The Defense Production Act (DPA) will be used to expand domestic mineral production capacity.
Financing, loans, and investment support will be provided for new mineral production projects, including a dedicated critical minerals fund established through the United States International Development Finance Corporation in collaboration with the Department of Defense.
The Trump Administration will coordinate with private industry to ensure a stable and resilient domestic supply chain for critical materials, including critical minerals.
“Minerals” covered by the order include critical minerals, uranium, copper, potash, gold, and any other element, compound, or material as determined by the Chair of the NEDC, such as coal.
SECURING AMERICA’S MINERAL FUTURE: President Trump is boosting domestic mineral production to reduce U.S. reliance on foreign minerals, enhance national security, and create jobs.
Demand for critical minerals has been dubbed the “gold rush of the 21st century” due to their importance in emerging technologies.
The United States currently imports a significant portion of its minerals from foreign countries, creating economic and security risks, despite possessing a vast supply of critical minerals.
The United States is 100% import-reliant on at least 15 critical minerals, and imports of nonfuel mineral commodities make up more than half of U.S. consumption.
U.S. capacity utilization for the metal mining industry has declined for years.
China, Iran, and Russia control large deposits of several minerals critical to the U.S., posing a national security risk.
70% of U.S. imports of rare earths come from China.
A strong domestic mineral production industry would ensure U.S. companies can compete globally without overly relying on foreign supply chains.
Critical minerals are essential for U.S. military readiness, as they are key components in fighter jets, satellites, submarines, smart bombs, and missile guidance systems.
PRIORITIZING U.S. NATIONAL SECURITY: President Trump is committed to ending American dependence on hostile foreign powers for critical minerals.
Immediately upon returning to office, President Trump signed an Executive Order to make the U.S. “the leading producer and processor of non-fuel minerals, including rare earth minerals.”
President Trump also signed an Executive Order advancing the Ambler Access Project, a 211-mile industrial road through Northwest Alaska that enables commercial mining for copper, zinc and other materials.
This builds on actions President Trump took in his first term:
In 2017, President Trump implemented a Federal strategy to ensure secure and reliable supplies of critical minerals.
In 2019, President Trump signed five Presidential Determinations finding that domestic production of rare earth elements and materials is essential to the national defense.
In 2020, President Trump declared a National Emergency to expand the domestic mining industry, support mining jobs, alleviate unnecessary permitting delays, and reduce our Nation’s dependence on China for critical minerals.

increasing American production of critical minerals like uranium, copper, potash and gold
ALL POSITIVE FOR COMPANIES LIKE NAK....
https://www.cnn.com/2025/03/21/business/trump-increase-production-critical-minerals-hnk-intl
signed an executive order on Thursday aimed at immediately increasing American production of critical minerals like uranium, copper, potash and gold by invoking the Defense Production Act to expand leasing and development on federal lands.
The move is intended to help the US reduce its reliance on imports from countries like China, which dominates the industry for production and processing of many of these important materials.
The order gives Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, in consultation with other executive branch agency heads, the authority to use the Defense Production Act to facilitate the advancement of domestic mineral production.

Burgum Orders Nearly 20 Million Acres In Alaska Opened For Oil, Gas Development ( and Natural Resource Projects ). All very bullish for developing the resources of NAK and Pebble.
https://www.zerohedge.com/energy/burgum-orders-nearly-20-million-acres-alaska-opened-oil-gas-development
The move was not unexpected after President Donald Trump issued a Jan. 20 ‘Unleashing Alaska’s Extraordinary Resource Potential’ executive actions package mandating federal agencies “expedite permitting and leasing of energy and natural resource projects,”
“It’s a very different world, right?” Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy said during a March 14 CERAWeek address, noting Trump’s Alaska executive actions don’t just untangle oil, gas, and the state’s LNG project from regulatory straitjackets, but clear away federal rules restricting access to critical minerals, timber, and other resources in the massive state.

From Trump's executive order on march 20th:
"“Mineral” means a critical mineral, as defined by 30 U.S.C. 1606(a)(3), as well as uranium, copper, potash, gold, and any other element, compound or material as determined by the Chair of the National Energy Dominance Council (NEDC)."
Pebble has plenty of copper and gold
