Issue of Share Options 
 
 
West China Cement announces that the Board yesterday approved the issue of 
250,000 share options (the "Options") under the employee share option scheme, to 
Po Ling Low, WCC's Finance Director. The Options allow the purchase of 250,000 
Ordinary Shares in the Company at an exercise price of 141.5 pence, being 
yesterday's mid market closing share price. 
The Options are exercisable between the second and fifth anniversary of the date 
of issue of the Options.
