Ludgate invests in Virotec International Plc

Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited ("LEF" or the "Fund") has announced that it
has made an investment into the environmental remediation and industrial waste
treatment company Virotec International Plc (AIM: VTI).

LEF has purchased 7.5 million Virotec ordinary shares at an average price of
10.66 pence per share.  This purchase represents approximately 2.84 per cent of
the issued share capital of Virotec.
