ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 1,818,892 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 98.969 pence per share on 12 November 2024 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 4 September 2024.

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 26 November 2024

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 78,161,424 Venture Class Shares.
