The Board of Triple Point Venture VCT
Plc announces that at the Company's General Meeting held today, all
resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
Resolution 1 was proposed as an
ordinary resolution, the proxy votes received prior to the meeting
were as follows:

*A vote 'Withheld' is not a vote in
law and is not counted in the calculation of the proportion of
votes 'For' and 'Against' a resolution.
Every shareholder has one vote for
every share held. As at 26 September 2024, the issued share capital
of the Company consisted 72,891,300 Venture Shares. The Company
does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number
of voting rights in the Company is 72,891,300.
