Buy-Back of Equity

The Directors of TP5 VCT plc announce that the Company has purchased from a shareholder a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence per share each at a price of 77.01 pence per share.

As a consequence of this buy-back, there are now a total of 18,761,011 Ordinary Shares and 3,448,044 B Ordinary Shares in issue.
