Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Tavistock announces that it has received notice of exercise in relation to share options over 300,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The options have been exercised by an employee at a price of 2.35 pence per Ordinary Share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 300,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on, or around, 10 November 2022.

Total voting rights

Upon Admission, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 555,732,576 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will, following Admission, be 555,732,576 . From Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
