Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial 
Responsibility 
 
The Board announces that on 4th and 9th June 2010, following the announcement 
of the Interim Management Statement on 19 May and the share buy-back conducted 
by the Company on 24 May 2010 at the maximum price permitted (105% of the 
average mid-market price for the preceding five dealing days), the Directors of 
the Company acquired a total of 326,624 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company at 
an average price of 12.83p per share as follows:

The Company is now in a closed period until the announcement of the Half Yearly 
Financial Report for the period ended 30 June 2010.
