    Sheffield United plc, the football, property and leisure services business, announces that at its Annual General Meeting and an
Extraordinary General Meeting both held on Saturday 27th December 2008, all resolutions were passed.

    The cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of the ordinary shares in Sheffield United plc will therefore take effect from 7 a.m. on
7th January 2009.
