Accounts
Following release on 9 April 2024 of the
preliminary results for the year to 31 January 2024, the Company
announces that the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts are now
available on its website at www.suplc.co.uk.
The notice of Annual General Meeting to be held
at 12.00 noon on 6 June 2024 and an explanatory AGM letter from the
Chairman are also now available on the website. The letter also
includes guidance on AGM attendance and how shareholders can submit
their proxy votes in advance of the meeting.
The Annual report and AGM documents are being
mailed to those shareholders who still elect to receive documents
in hard copy form. Copies will also be uploaded to the national
storage mechanism viewing facility and will be available for
inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
