The board of Strontium announces that a circular has been published today 
convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at 10:00 a.m. on 19 April 
2011 at 4 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4DF at which the directors are seeking to 
cancel the admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM.
