In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and 
Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed: the Company was 
today notified that on 26 February 2009, Nigel Wray transferred 190,000 ordinary 
shares at a price per share of 1.38 pence from the Brandon Retirement Pension 
Scheme to the Edna Wray A&M Trust, both of which whose beneficial interest lies 
with Nigel Wray. 
 
Following this transfer Mr. Wray's beneficial holding remains at 120,752,880 
shares in Southern Bear, representing 14.41% of the issued share capital of the 
Company. In addition, Mr. Wray holds convertible loan stock to the value of 
GBP2,050,000, further details of which can be found in the announcements of 1 
May 2009 and 21 December 2009.
