 Sky Capital Holdings, Limitedaffiliatecompany, Advanced Spinal Technologies,  
     announces opening of a second treatment clinic in Boca Raton, Florida.     

Sky Capital Holdings, Ltd, whose shares are admitted to the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange, is delighted to announce that following the successful
opening of the Advanced Spinal Physical Therapy Clinic in New York, its 18 %
owned affiliate, Advanced Spinal Technologies, Ltd ("AST") has opened a spinal
therapy centre in Boca Raton, Florida, focused around its Advanced Spinal
Mobilization Instrument.

The Boca Raton clinic, Spinal Therapy Medical Group of Florida,features a
variety of training equipment. Programs are overseen by three licensed physical
therapists and the clinic is managed by AST. The practice will accept patients
referred by physicians who suffer from back and neck problems. The practice's
physical therapists will evaluate and treat patients using the unique device in
conjunction with a proprietary and specially designed treatment table, within
the clinics' four treatment rooms. The Florida clinic is the second such
practice to open in the US and is expected to serve clients from both the Miami
and West Palm Beach regions.

The Advanced Spinal Mobilization Instrument has been in use in England and
other countries for five years, and many patients have been successfully
treated. Outside the US, the device is marketed as the Technology-Assisted
Micro-Mobilization and Reflex Stimulator ("TAMARS"). TAMARS has become the
basis of a carefully designed and novel therapeutic procedure that is designed
to result in the restoration of spinal mobility. AST holds the exclusive
license to the intellectual property and commercial rights relating to TAMARS
in the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, and all other countries of the
World other than the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Reflecting on the progress of Advanced Spinal Technologies, Ross Mandell, CEO
