The Company was notified yesterday that on 25 July 2008, Selcouth Limited
purchased 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company
(the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 5.02 per cent. of the issued voting
share capital of Regenesis.

Following the purchase, Selcouth Limited now holds 4,875,000 Ordinary Shares,
equivalent to 8.16 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
