Park Row announces that it has today disposed of its entire holding of 1,186,664
ordinary shares in Fairplace Consulting plc at 75p per ordinary share,
generating gross proceeds of #889,998 for the Company.

Rick Abbott commented: "This disposal is in line with our stated strategy to
dispose of non-core investments."
