Trading update

Chennai, 3 December 2012. Photon Kathaas Productions Ltd. (AIM: PKP, "Photon Kathaas", "the Company"), the South Indian film company, announces today that due to delays in the release of two of the five productions scheduled for release in the second half of the year ending 31st December 2012, second half results will be impacted. As a result, the full year may show a small loss instead of the anticipated profits referred to in the interim statement published 18 September.

The two productions "Tamilselvanum Thanizhar Anjalum" (tamil) and "Courier Boy Kalyan" (Telugu) will be now released in the first half of 2013. Based on the current schedule of productions, the Company anticipates returning to growth in 2013.

Rahman has won two Academy Awards (Slumdog Millionaire), 25 Filmfare Awards, four Indian National Film Awards, a Bafta Award, two Golden Globes and two Grammy Awards.
