The Ottoman Fund Limited (the "Fund") announces that it has appointed Vistra Fund Services Limited ("Vistra") as administrator and Company Secretary of the Fund in place of its current administrator, Herald Fund Services Limited, and relocated its registered office to 38 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4TR, Channel Islands, with effect from 27 June 2011.

Vistra is regulated to carry out fund services business (in its capacity as administrator) by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
