                    Advisers confirmed for strategic review


On 30 August 2007, the Company announced a strategic review. The Board has now
appointed Fenchurch Advisory Partners and Numis Securities (the Company's
nominated adviser and broker) to act as joint financial advisers to conduct that
review.


The strategic review will be comprehensive and will consider all options
available to enhance shareholder value.
