Monkleigh plc ("the Company")



At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolution
proposed was passed.  Accordingly, the Company name will change to Elevation
Events Group plc and trading will commence on AIM under the new name with effect
from Friday 4 February 2005.
